Common Sandpiper

2022 : only one sighting of a Common Sandpiper, in August. The Common Sandpiper is one of the easiest shorebirds to identify. It features a white “shoulder” and has a very clear cut between the white breast and the neck and wings. Also, its tail usually bobs a lot.
