Eurasian Eagle-Owl

Summer 2022 : we got to hear an Eurasian Eagle-Owl once, the first night we slept outside to watch the stars. It was almost midnight when we heard 4 “kwa” notes twice, a typical call of the Eurasian Eagle-Owl. It is incredible to know that an Eurasian Eagle-Owl comes looking for prey on our land. We surely hope to hear it many more times in the future!
