Albufeira do Enxoé

One of our favorites places not too far from home is Albufeira do Enxoé. Located in the council of Serpa, just a few kilometers north of Vila Nova de São Bento, this large lake is a very peaceful and beautiful place. Access is very easy and free parking is possible. It is also a great birding hotspot in Alentejo where more than 100 bird species have already been spotted.
